Terms of Service

1. Tickets & Seat Holds

All tickets sold through BitekoStadium are subject to availability. Selecting seats places a temporary hold (default 3 minutes, extendable up to 2 times) which is released automatically if payment is not completed in time.

2. Payments

Payments are processed through Ultraner (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, AirtelMoney, HaloPesa, T-Pesa, and Cards) for online purchases, or Cash/Ultraner for vendor purchases. All sales are final once a ticket has been issued, except where required by law.

3. Entry & Ticket Validity

Each QR eTicket is valid for single entry only and is void once scanned at the gate. Duplicated, screenshotted, or resold tickets that have already been scanned will be refused entry.

4. Vendors

Vendor accounts are subject to admin approval and may be suspended for fraudulent activity, including but not limited to reselling held seats or falsifying sales records.

5. Changes to Events

In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or venue change, BitekoStadium will notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at purchase and process refunds where applicable.
