Information We Collect
For anonymous ticket purchases, we collect only what's needed to issue and verify your ticket: name, phone number, and/or email. Vendor and admin accounts additionally store login credentials (securely hashed) and sales activity.
How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to process payments, issue your QR eTicket, send purchase confirmations, and, where necessary, assist with entry disputes or refunds. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Ultraner and its underlying providers (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, AirtelMoney, HaloPesa, T-Pesa, card networks). BitekoStadium does not store your full payment card or mobile money PIN details.
Data Retention
Order, ticket, and scan records are retained for reporting, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes, in line with applicable Tanzanian data protection requirements.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting support@bitekostadium.co.tz.
