How do I buy a ticket online?

Browse Events, pick a fixture, choose your seats on the stadium map, and complete payment via Ultraner (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, AirtelMoney, HaloPesa, T-Pesa, or Cards). Your QR eTicket is issued instantly, no account required.

How long are my seats held for?

Once you select seats, they're held for 3 minutes. You can request up to 2 extensions of 5 minutes each while completing payment. If the hold expires, the seats return to Available for other buyers.

Can I buy tickets in person?

Yes, authorized vendors across the city can sell tickets for cash or Ultraner. Ask any vendor for their vendor code to verify they're authorized.

I didn't receive my QR ticket. What do I do?

Check the success/receipt screen right after payment. You can re-download it there. If you still can't find it, contact support with your order or ticket ID below.

How do I become a vendor?

Go to Vendor Login on the homepage and choose Register. Your request goes to an admin for review, and you'll receive vendor credentials once approved.
