Encrypted Connections

All traffic between your device and BitekoStadium is encrypted over HTTPS.

Secure Authentication

Vendor and admin passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored or transmitted in plain text. Sessions are authenticated with signed, expiring tokens.

Anti-Oversell Protection

Seat holds use a distributed locking system so two buyers can never be sold the same seat, even during high-traffic sales like local derbies.

Fraud Monitoring

Every ticket sale, seat hold, and gate scan is logged in an audit trail reviewable by stadium administrators, and QR eTickets are voided the instant they're scanned to prevent duplicate entry.

Rate Limiting

Our systems apply rate limiting and abuse detection to protect against automated attacks on checkout and login endpoints.
